When you have the FieldInsight Area and Division features enabled, and have an assigned Purchase Order to an Area and a Division, you will then be able to filter your Purchase Orders based on the Area and or the Division you wish to see. However, prior to filtering, you have to,

FILTER PURCHASE ORDERS THAT WERE ASSIGNED TO A SPECIFIC AREA AND A DIVISION
Navigate to the Sales Menu at the left navigation panel and click on it to expand.
Select Purchases submenu
From the Purchase Orders page view, set the Division and the Area filters to where you wanted to filter the Invoice results.
Click the search button
Find all Purchase Orders that are assigned to these Area and Division that you have set the filter on.
You can change the filter if you need to see the Purchase Orders created on a different Area and / or Division.
