When you have the FieldInsight <a href="https://help.fieldinsight.com/en/articles/6862456-how-to-enable-the-fieldinsight-area-and-division-feature">Area and Division features enabled</a>, and have an assigned Purchase Order to an Area and a Division, you will then be able to filter your Purchase Orders based on the Area and or the Division you wish to see. However, prior to filtering, you have to,

<a href="https://help.fieldinsight.com/en/articles/6862456-how-to-enable-the-fieldinsight-area-and-division-feature">Enable the Area and the Division features from the System Fields settings</a> first,

then, <a href="https://help.fieldinsight.com/en/articles/6862458-how-to-assign-a-project-to-an-area-and-to-a-division">create your list of Areas and Divisions</a>.

1. <a href="https://help.fieldinsight.com/en/articles/6862456-how-to-enable-the-fieldinsight-area-and-division-feature">Enable the Area and the Division features from the System Fields settings</a> first,
2. then, <a href="https://help.fieldinsight.com/en/articles/6862458-how-to-assign-a-project-to-an-area-and-to-a-division">create your list of Areas and Divisions</a>.

MUST KNOW ABOUT THE FIELDINSIGHT AREA AND DIVISION FEATURES BEFORE LOOKING AT HOW TO FILTER PURCHASE ORDERS BASED ON AN AREA AND A DIVISION

1. <a href="https://help.fieldinsight.com/en/articles/6875473-fieldinsight-area-and-division-visibility-and-accessibility">Who can assign a Purchase Order to an Area and/or a Division?</a>
2. <a href="https://help.fieldinsight.com/en/articles/6875473-fieldinsight-area-and-division-visibility-and-accessibility">Who can see the Area and the Division where Purchase Orders were assigned to?</a>

FILTER PURCHASE ORDERS THAT WERE ASSIGNED TO A SPECIFIC AREA AND A DIVISION

Navigate to the Sales Menu at the left navigation panel and click on it to expand.

 From the Purchase Orders page view, set the Division and the Area filters to where you wanted to filter the Invoice results.

Find all Purchase Orders that are assigned to these Area and Division that you have set the filter on.

1. Navigate to the Sales Menu at the left navigation panel and click on it to expand.
   
    
2. Select Purchases submenu
   
    
3.  From the Purchase Orders page view, set the Division and the Area filters to where you wanted to filter the Invoice results.
   
    
4. Click the search button
    
5. Find all Purchase Orders that are assigned to these Area and Division that you have set the filter on.

You can change the filter if you need to see the Purchase Orders created on a different Area and / or Division.
