How to filter search an Invoice based on the Area and on a Division?

When you have the FieldInsight Area and Division features enabled, and have an assigned Invoice to an Area and a Division, you will then be able to filter your Invoice based on the Area and or the Division you wish to see. However, prior to filtering, you have to,

MUST KNOW ABOUT THE FIELDINSIGHT AREA AND DIVISION FEATURES BEFORE LOOKING AT HOW TO FILTER INVOICES BASED ON AN AREA AND A DIVISION

FILTER INVOICES THAT ARE ASSIGNED TO A SPECIFIC AREA AND A DIVISION

  1. Navigate to the Sales Menu at the left navigation panel and click on it to expand.

  2. Select Invoices submenu.

  3. From the Invoices page view, set the Division and the Area filters to where you wanted to filter the Invoice results.

  4. Click the search button

  5. Find all Invoices that are assigned to these Area and Division that you have set the filter on.

You can change the filter if you need to see the Invoices created on a different Area and / or Division.
