CAN THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE AREA AND THE DIVISION BE AUTOMATED?
Yes, it can.
If you assign a Staff to a Specific Area and a Division and that Staff creates the following activities within FieldInsights, his assigned Area and Division will automatically populate to his activities as listed below:
Project Creation
Quotes Creation
Invoice Creation
Purchase Order Creation
Sales Reports Creation
However, when the Staff who's performing activities within FieldInsight does not have an assigned Area and a Division, the activities he will be creating in Fieldinsight will contain an empty Area and a Division and the Staff needs to manually set them each time he create a new:
Project
Quotes
Invoice
Purchase Order, and
Sales Report
