Steps to Enable the Area Feature:

  1. simply go to the settings page

  2. Then navigate to the System Fields page

  3. From the System Fields, scroll down and search for the Integration section.
    From this section you can make the Business Area and the Division Visible.

  4. Don't forget to hit the SAVE button at the bottom of the System Fields settings to ensure that your changes are saved.

When the Area and the Division were made Visible from the System Fields settings, Schedulers and Senior Schedulers will be able to assign the following features to its respective Area and Division:

  1. Project

  2. Job

  3. Quote

  4. Purchase Order

  5. Invoice

  6. Sales Report

  7. Staff
