External ID

To export an Invoice, the customers must have an External ID that links them to the customer in MYOB Advanced.

  • FieldInsight Invoices cannot be exported if the Account Customer External ID is missing

  • If a customer has an incorrect External ID the Invoice will be created on the wrong customer in MYOB

  • Importing your customer from MYOB will automatically import the External ID form MYOB
