When you're on the phone to a customer, looking for a job there's probably lots of jobs that you definitely don't want to find. To exclude jobs from the job search and followup report you can archive jobs by status.
To set a status ar archived, open the Job Navigator from the menu
Click on the status that you want to archive
Then check Archive jobs in this status
Jobs in this status will now be hidden from the job search
But still show under the Archived tab
And show under on the Account, site customer and project
