Set the Job priority using the Priority dropdown and sort jobs for the day on mobile by priority

On Mobile sort jobs by priority
Open Settings - Misc
In the Mobile section, check Show job priority on the job list
You can also sort jobs by the priority instead of time in the day view
Click Save at the bottom of the page to save the changes

Sort jobs on the follow-up report by priority
Open Settings - Misc
Scroll down to the Follow-up report section and select order by: priority
The jobs in the follow-up report will now be sorted by priority with critical at the top instead of date.
