If you have technicians in different timezones you can select a different timezone for a technician on the staff page. This will record the timesheets for this technician in the selected timezone instead of the default business timezone.


Open Settings - Staff and click on the technician to select a different timezone for.

In the Technician details section, select the timezone for the timesheets

All timesheets for this technician will now be recorded in the selected timezone.

Please note, reminder messages will be sent according to the business timezone.
