Adding a contact onto an Account customer quote is easy. First, make sure you have the contact in the system. Learn how to do that here.
You also need to update your quote template with the relevant contact placeholders.
Go to Settings > Sales > Quotes > Templates and select the template to add the contact details.
Scroll down to the placeholders section and copy the placeholder information you want to add onto the quote.
Paste the placeholders onto the desired sections of the quote. In this example, the 'Top Left' area of the quote. Information pasted here will appear on the top left of the PDF generated.
To add your contacts onto the quote, follow these steps:
You may add contacts on either a new quote or an existing quote. In this example, we will add a contact to an existing quote.
Open the quote and click the orange dropdown arrow beside the quote number to expand the view.
Next, click the account customer field to select the account customer and the Contact
If it's an old contact, you can check or edit the details to make sure they are still correct and updated.
Continue your quote as normal.
