How to manage Quote Statuses

FieldInsight makes it easy to manage the statuses of all your quotes

Managing your pipeline of quotes is key to business success.

We have the Quote status feature in our quoting workflow - making it easy for you to follow up and manage your quotes.

  • Simply click on Sales > Quotes

  • Now, you may search for your Account Customer or Quote Number using the Search section. Or use the Advanced Search option for an in-depth search.

  • Click on the desired quote or click the arrow next to it and select Edit.

Once you open the quote - on the top, next to the Quote Number, click on the downward arrow to open the detailed view.

  • Change the Quote status as required by choosing from the list of statuses in the drop down menu under Quote status*.

  • For accepted quotes, you can add in the acceptance date as well as an expected start date.

As well as for Quote Declined, you can enter the Won/Lost reason for internal improvements - this will show as a pop-up once you move the Quote status to declined.
