FieldInsight provides various inventory fields that can be customised based on your business type and requirements. You can adjust the visibility of fields and, in some cases, allow technicians to edit specific fields.
Access Inventory System Fields
To access the Inventory System Field settings:
Click the βοΈ (Settings icon) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Configure Your Inventory System Fields
Inventory system fields are organised by function and user role. You can toggle visibility on or off, and in some cases, enable editing permissions for technicians.
General Job Items for the Scheduler Role
