Ongoing jobs on reports, Invoices and other sales documents

When adding an ongoing job to a service report make sure that you select all the visits that you want to create the report for.

To check which job visits of an ongoing that are on a service report or invoice in the document inventory section.

Add another ongoing job visit to a report

If you add another ongoing job visit after creating the report it will not be added to the report.

To add it to the report, open the report and click on the three dots to the right of the inventory section. Select add job.

Search for the job number and select all the visits to add

The selected jobs are added in the Inventory section
