Sometimes you might want to archive or temporarily suspend a site customer to stop staff from adding jobs for this customer/site. Deleted sites will stay on existing jobs, but not appear in the dropdown when adding jobs and can be restored from deleted sites
Please note:
All jobs, assets, and sales documents will remain on a deleted site
A deleted site will not appear in the site dropdown when creating jobs or invoices
To remove (or suspend) a site customer
Open the site customer and click the Delete button
To restore a deleted site customer
Click on the deleted sites link and search for the site customer that you want to restore
Click on the dropdown under the site customer name and click Restore
It's not possible to restore a deleted Account customer, but they will also remain on existing jobs.
