If you can't see a job on the map please check the following:

Does the job have an address?

To check this open the job and check that the job has a street address.

On Mobile

Check the address field in the customer details. There should also be a Map link under the address.

Is this address resolved to show on the map

The address also needs to be resolved to show on the map, this basically means that the coordinates for this address have been resolved to display on the map. Check that the address has a green tick next to it on the job and that the location is showing on the map.

To resolve an address for a job, type the address and click enter or on the magnifying glass, then check for the green checkmark. If there's more than one matching address, a dropdown to select the location will appear.
