If download PDF Invoices, Quotes, Reports, Purchase Orders or Bills are not opening in the browser try to disable any popup blockers or check that popups are enabled in settings

There are many different types of pop-up blockers and each one will have it's own settings.

On desktop using Chrome

When popups are blocked by the Chrome browser (not a Chrome Extension) a Pop-up blocked icon appears on the right hand side of the address bar. Click on it and check Always allow pop-ups from

On iPhone or iPad using Safari

Open Settings - Safari and scroll down to Block pop-ups and turn this off (grey)
