How to edit text fields and add colour heading and bullet points

Tips for using the WYSIWYG editor

Spellcheck

Hold 'CONTROL' on PC or 'COMMAND' on mac while right clicking to use the spellcheck from the browser

Creating lists

Select the text and click on list with bullet points

Select the text and click on numbered list

Add a heading

Click on the style dropdown and select heading.

Add a clickable website link

Click on the infinity symbol to add a website link

In the popup add the URL for the website and click ok

Format text

Use the buttons to format text

  • B- Bold

  • I -italic

  • U underlined

  • Tx - remove formating

  • A - change colour

  • A - Change background colour

Select the text and select a colour form the text colour menu

Align text

Use the text align controls to align text to left, centre or right

Add a solid line

Click on the line icon to add a solid line

Using tables

Add table to create a more advanced layout, you can change or even hide the borders

To add a table click on the table icon

In the popup set the number of rows and columns

Table heading

Add a header row or column, and type the heading in the caption field

Border

Set the border size

or type 0 for no border

Cell padding

There's two types of cell padding, the first is to control the padding between the inner and outer border and the second is the padding between the text and the inner boarder

Add or remove rows or columns

Right click on the row or column to edit and select Insert or delete

Edit border and padding

Right click inside the table and select table properties. In the popup edit the border and cell padding

Insert a smiley
