How check and change defects in the office (Scheduler)

Depending on what you want to do there are three ways to view defects

Check defects on the Job - Defect tab

Open the job and click on the Defects tab to see all defects for this site. Click on the defect name to view and edit a defect.

Defect history for an asset

Open the Asset and click on the Defects tab to see a complete history of all defects raised for this asset. Click on the defect name to view and edit a defect

A list of all new defects for any asset

Open Asset - Defects to view all defects for any asset

Search by Account customer, Site, Defect Status, and Priority to find the defects to quote or raise jobs for. Click on the defect name to view and edit a defect

You can also quickly change the status of a defect in the list through the Status dropdown menu

To quickly change the status of a defect in the list, just click the small dropdown arrow to the right of New and select the desired status. You can choose from New, Awaiting Approval, Approved, Fixed, and Declined.
