Follow these steps to send an Instant message with attachments (Invoices, Reports, and Quotes) on a job.
Open the job and click the New Message button on the right-hand side.
Click on the edit link for the recipient that you want to send the message to.
Edit the Message in the Subject and Text area.
Below it, add attachments (invoices, reports, quotes etc.), by clicking on + sign or the File button.
Find the file you wish to upload from your computer, click on it and hit Open.
The file will be uploaded. All documents and files for this job can be included. Hit Save if you want to keep it. If you want to remove it, hit the Delete button.
To save the message hit Save or cancel by clicking on the Cancel button.
Next time you open the message, the uploaded attachment will have a box checked right next to it. If you want to remove the attachment, just uncheck the box and hit the Save button.
Save the job to send the messages
The messages are sent when the job is saved. Click on Save & Close button to save the job and send the message.
