FieldInsight has a contact management feature (CRM) that allows you to add in multiple contacts that don't need to be assigned to an Account customer or Project.
These contacts could be leads or opportunities that you want to keep a track of.
To add a contact follow these steps
Type in the relevant notes/details
Then select the status of that contact
Enter in new statuses if needed
You can select a owner of that contact or leave it blank
You can select a Role for the contact if known
Click Save
Your new contact is stored in the contacts page
You can search your contacts by status and owner making it easy to follow up on information sent or to touch base to see if you can quote.
