FieldInsight offer's rotation of the Week and Month calendar views to facilitate different decision making requirements for Schedulers. Factors such as:
who is available today (for an urgent job or that I can re-assign)
simplifying the view of jobs where multiple technicians are assigned
To access the rotation do the following:
Week calendar view
The default time period in Calendar Settings is set to week
In this setting the days of the week displays across the top and time of day display on the Horizontal. If you are managing many technicians you may want to see what each Technicians workload is.
You can achieve this by clicking the 'Rotate' Button.
This will present the Technician on the horizontal axis for the week view.
To un-do this view, simply click 'Rotate' again.
Month calendar view
When the Month view is activated, the days of the month display across the top of the calendar and time of day along the horizontal. When you click Rotate
The Technicians will appear on the horizontal axis for the days of the month view. You will need to scroll to the Right to move through all the days of the month.
To un-do this view, simply click 'Rotate' again.
