How do I change staff availability?

How to set your staff as unavailable or on annual leave

Have you ever found yourself adding a technician to a job when they are not working? With FieldInsight you have the option to set your staff's availability or mark them as unavailable for example during annual leave or if they are working part time.

Mark staff as unavailable for annual leave

Click on Settings - staff

Click on the name of the staff that you want to change the availability for

In the technician details section, click on the day in the calendar that you want to mark

Select to mark as available or unavailable in the dropdown, Select the from and to time.

Check repeat to mark the technician as available/unavailable over several day, or on a weekly or yearly basis

Select Mark

The dates the tech is now unavailable are marked in pink.
