Overview:
You can set up an email that triggers on a Job Status change.
This helps in real-time notifications to schedulers, technicians, and your customers as your jobs move through the system.
Step 1: Navigate to Triggered Emails
From Settings, go to Work โ Email & SMS โ Triggered Emails
Step 2. Add a triggered email
Under Job Triggered Emails, click "Add message"
Step 3: Fill out the trigger criteria
Subject line
Sender (who it comes from)
Triggers (Workflow, Status, Job Type)
Recipients (Customer, Admin, Tech?)
Email body (use placeholders like [Job.Name])
Optional attachments

Step 4: Save Changes
Once youโve set everything up, click Save.
