If you're trying to log into the FieldInsight app and have forgotten your username and password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the main login page.

You will be taken to this screen ,

Forgotten password: You can enter either your username or email address,

Forgotten username: enter in your email address associated with the account.

Once you have clicked the Rest button you will be directed to this page.

Open your email. Be sure to check your spam or junk if the email is not there

You will automatically be logged in to your account

To get your username if you are scheduler if that is what you have forgotten
