When recording contact information, your business may need to capture details that FieldInsight’s native fields do not support. To accommodate this, you can create custom contact fields tailored to your specific requirements.
Access Contacts Custom Fields
To access the Contacts Custom Fields page:
Click the ⚙️ (Settings icon) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Customer → Contact
Create and Manage Fields
FieldInsight allows you to create as many custom fields as needed, but we recommend keeping them to a minimum to ensure your data remains organised and easy to manage.
To create a new field, click "+ Add Site Customer field"
