Although FieldInsight provides a wide range of built-in Site fields, you can also create custom fields tailored to your business needs.
Access the Site Custom Fields page
To access the Site Custom Fields page:
Click the ⚙️ (Settings icon) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Customer → Site → Custom Fields
Create and Manage Fields
FieldInsight allows you to create as many custom fields as needed, but we recommend keeping them to a minimum to avoid cluttering the Customer Page with unnecessary fields.
To create a new field, click "+ Add Site Customer field"
