If the native system fields for Account Customers do not meet your business requirements, you can create custom fields to capture additional information.
Access the Account Customer Custom Fields
To access the Account Customer Custom Fields page:
Click the βοΈ (Settings icon) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Customer β Account Customer β Custom Fields
Create and Manage Fields
FieldInsight allows you to create as many custom fields as needed, but we recommend keeping them to a minimum to avoid cluttering the Customer Page with unnecessary fields.
To create a new field, click "+ Add account customer field"
