Advanced Notification of Outage
There is a significant upgrade required to efficiently make database searches faster.
This will be a 1 hour outage where the application will not be available.
Office based roles will receive a 1hour pre-warning as well as a 10min warning leading up to the outage.
Please ensure you take the necessary actions to complete work before the outage commences.
See below for scheduled outage time (timezone specific data included)
Planned Outage (AEDT) 11:00 (11am).
New Zealand 13:00 (1pm)
Perth (WST) 08:00 (8am)
Europe (UK) BST 01:00 (1am)
North America (Saturday 19th October)
EDT (New York) 20:00 (8pm)
PDT (Los Angeles) 17:00 (5pm)
Suggested Actions:
Ensure you have printed the days Job Card for use during the outage (if required), you can email these to Field teams if necessary
Please advise your Field team of the outage window so they are prepared for up to 1hr of no access to FieldInsight
We try to schedule these activities for least impact but with a global client base there will always be some inconvenience.
