The Default Calendar (Schedule) allows you to set the following:

  1. Calendar/Schedule Settings
  2. Job Box information displayed

You can easily manage both the Main Schedule view and the Job Box format shown on the calendar.

Settings > Calendar

Calendar Settings as well as Job Box settings.

Part 1:  Default Calendar Settings

  1. The Default Job Length
    (minimum job length based on Job Type)
  2. Time Slot Length
    (time increments shown between hours as 15 or 30 mins intervals)
  3. Week Start
    (day of the week)
  4. Day start time
  5. Day ends time
  6. Default Calendar View
    (Technician)
  7. Default Time period
    (Day, Week, Month, Project)
  8. COLUMN:  Day View Width
    (1, 1.5x, 2x , 3x, 4x, 5x as the width of the column at the top of the calendar (depending on rotation setting))
  9. COLUMN:  Week View Width  
    (1, 1.5x, 2x , 3x, 4x, 5x as the width of the column at the top of the calendar (depending on rotation setting))
  10. ROTATED:  Week ROW Height
  11. ROTATED:  Month ROW Height

To change a placeholder, simply Select the Drop Down arrow in the setting you wish to change and select the {placeholder}.
 

Part 2:  Job Box Information

The below Job Box shows the following:
Job Header:

  • Suburb (Customer)
  • Job No 

Body:

  • Job type
  • Customers Name
  • Technician flag marker

To change a placeholder, simply Select the Drop Down arrow 

Select from the available {Placeholders}.

Click to Save the new settings.
