To export assets open the asset page from the menu Assets - Assets
Use the search or Advanced search to filter the assets to export, for example you might want to create an asset spreadsheet to send to a customer.
Click the Download CSV button
Depending on the number of assets the download might take a while. You need to leave this window open while the file is downloading. You can open another tab if you want to keep working in FiendInsight.
The columns downloaded are:
Asset ID
Site (customer)
Type
Customer Ref
Installer
Commissioning Date
Expiry Date
Installation Date
Make
Model number
Serial number
Supplier
Description
Total no. of tests done
Last test date
Internal Notes
and custom fields
