Save time with the Accept quote workflow
Enable the Accept quote button
On the quote template in settings check the Accept quote to enable the Accept quote button
Accept quote workflow
Send the quote to your customer. When the customer opens the quote, the accept quote button appears in the top right hand corner of the PDF quote.
Clicking the Accept quote button opens a thank you page in the browser and sets the quote status to "accepted"
Quote history
Review the quote history to see how a quote was accepted. All quotes accepted using the Accept button will show changed by guest
