Why can't I see the correct tests for my asset?
Check that you have the correct Asset type selected. Asset test can be setup to display only for specific asset types.
Check in completed tests results, an asset test can only be completed once per job per asset.
How do I find an asset from the serial number?
Open Assets from the main menu and type the serial number in the general search
