If you have a Quickbooks account, you can import FieldInsight invoices, quotes & purchase orders, and manage payment & expenditure in Quickbooks. 

Setup the integration

1. Open settings - Integrations and click on the enable button next to Quickbooks

2. Sign in to your Quickbooks online account in the new window

3. Configure your accounts and tax settings and default account

4. Import your customers from Quickbooks to FieldInsight

If you have customers in Quickbooks you can import these to FieldInsight. If you don't want to import your customers click No, skip this step

5. Import your Inventory from Quickbooks to FieldInsight

If you have inventory items in Quickbooks you can import these to FieldInsight. If you don't want to import your inventory click No, skip this step

6. You'l get a confirmation that Quickbooks is connected

Export an invoice to Quickbooks

When the setup is complete you will see a new export button on the Invoice, Quote and Purchase Order pages. Select the document to export and click the Export to Quickbooks button
