Scheduler: manage leave requests from Technicians

To view and edit the leave requests added by technicians in the field, click on Reports in the main menu and select Timesheets in the dropdown. Then click on the Leave Request tab.

In the table, you can see all the new leave requests at the top, with date status. Click Edit to Approve or Decline a leave request.

Check/Select the Leave type and service code for the leave timesheets

When you click Approve, the timesheet records are created. If the request is for more than one day, timesheet records will be created for 8 hours per day. Timesheets are not created for Saturdays and Sundays. If a request is for less than one day, the record is created for the hours selected. 

When you Decline a leave request the technician can see that the leave request has been declined. A Declined leave request cannot be edited or deleted.
