Create a triggered email by opening your account 'Settings' and clicking the 'Email & SMS' tab.
Click 'Triggered email', then '+ Add email message'.
Under 'This message is triggered by', select 'Job saved with status'.
Under the 'Job status' heading, select 'Scheduled'.
Under 'Who receives the message', choose who the message should go to (ie. Customers, Technicians, etc.).
Click 'Create' to save the triggered email.
